Data Deletion Policy

Every Bit Texas (everybittexas.com) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we may collect through third-party integrations such as Facebook and Instagram, and how you can request that your data be deleted.

What Data We Collect

When you interact with Every Bit Texas through Facebook or Instagram — such as liking, commenting on, or sharing our content — those platforms may share limited profile information with us. This may include your name, profile picture, and public profile information as permitted by your privacy settings on those platforms. We do not sell this information to third parties.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request that any personal data associated with your account or interactions be deleted from our systems. To submit a deletion request:

Send an email to info@everybittexas.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

Please include your name and the platform(s) through which you interacted with our content (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Facebook and Instagram Users

If you connected to Every Bit Texas through Facebook Login or a Meta platform, you can also remove our app's access to your data directly through Facebook. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find Every Bit Texas, and click Remove. This immediately revokes our access to your Facebook profile data.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Once a deletion request is confirmed, data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be linked to an individual may be retained for analytics purposes.
